There isn't much to say! Like other games, you should feel free to make up generic NPCs to interact with whenever necessary. However, if you want to play a character longer term or in a position of particular prominence (the king of Brazil! The secretary-general of the Terran Confederation!), you may app a "Home-PC," a native character. Activity Check There is no activity requirement, because it's not as though someone else will want to RP your OC. However, you will be required to check in to indicate that you're still around during each activity check, just to keep the activity roster clean. Calendar Like Plot-PCs, Home-PCs will not meet Earth- and Colony-PCs until the fourth week, unless they are in the military, in which case there is an option to board the Morning Star or Pericles in week two. Flare-optional Home-PCs may either be normal people or Flares. If they are Flares, they have the low-level psychic powers which enable them to pilot giant robots, and will not have aged since the Solar Flare hit five years ago. If they have used up Solar Quartz, they may have powers according to the Gains/Regains rules.
